What is the return policy?


We want you to love your Memoria candle. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may return your unused candle within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Are any purchases final sale?


Yes. For safety and hygiene reasons, used or lit candles cannot be returned. Sale items are also considered final.
When will I get my order?

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Delivery usually takes:

  • 3–5 business days within Europe
  • 7–10 business days internationally

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Where are your products manufactured?

All our candles are hand-poured in small batches using premium wax and carefully selected ingredients. Our studio ensures the highest level of quality and craftsmanship.
