We want you to love your Memoria candle. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may return your unused candle within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. For safety and hygiene reasons, used or lit candles cannot be returned. Sale items are also considered final.
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Delivery usually takes:

- 7–10 business days internationally
